SMS / Text Messaging Terms (A2P 10DLC)
- Purpose: Depending on the consent you provide, you may receive marketing/promotional messages and/or non-marketing transactional messages (such as application status, required disclosures, and account servicing).
- Message frequency: Message frequency varies. Marketing messages are typically limited to no more than 4 per month. Transactional messages are sent as needed to service your request.
- Carrier fees: Standard message and data rates charged by your mobile carrier may apply to messages you send or receive.
- Carriers: Messages are delivered via major U.S. wireless carriers participating in the A2P 10DLC (Application-to-Person 10-Digit Long Code) ecosystem.
- Opt out: Reply STOP to any marketing SMS to opt out of future marketing messages. Reply HELP for help. Opting out of marketing messages does not opt you out of transactional messages required to service your request.
TCPA Disclosure
RK Mortgage complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable state telemarketing laws. We do not make autodialed or prerecorded-message calls or send marketing SMS messages without your prior express written consent. You are not required to provide consent as a condition of obtaining any product or service.
